Neuhaus chocolates Brand

INVENTOR OF THE BELGIAN BALLOTIN
In 1915, Louise Agostini, Jean Neuhaus Jr.'s wife, invented this elegant gift box to protect their chocolates and present them attractively. The ballotin would go on to become an iconic part of the Belgian chocolate tradition.
100% SUSTAINABLY SOURCED CACAO
Neuhaus's cacao beans have two origins: Ecuador and West Africa. The Ecuadorian beans are harvested from our own cacao farm and are certified by Rainforest Alliance IP. For African beans, we work with renowned suppliers who each have their own program - Cocoa Promise and Cocoa Horizons - to ensure continuous improvement in the sustainability of the cacao farms.
ALWAYS INVENTING
Neuhaus invented the Praline and have never ceased inventing. Neuhaus continue to be driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to stay true to the standard of excellence our Master Chocolatiers still uphold to this day. All of Neuhaus pralines and truffles are still made entirely in Belgium in our atelier near Brussels.
MADE IN BELGIUM SINCE 1857
For over 100 years, ever since Jean Neuhaus Jr. invented the Belgian praline in 1912, all Neuhaus chocolates have been made entirely in Belgium. Continuously overseen by our Maîtres Chocolatiers. It is Neuhaus commitment to keep it that way..
